Founded by a former Braze Senior CSM and staffed by consultants who came out of Braze itself, our team holds dozens of Braze certifications across the platform. We know the dashboard end to end, and we specialize in the work most teams find hardest to staff: advanced Liquid personalization, API and webhook use cases, Currents and data integrations, migrations onto Braze, campaign and Canvas builds, QA, and platform audits.

We work as an embedded extension of your team rather than a traditional agency. Clients get direct Slack Connect access to Braze experts, flexible retainer and project engagements, and senior-level expertise without the cost of a full-time hire. Our clients span retail, media, healthcare, fintech, travel, and consumer subscription.

Training is core to what we do. Alongside hands-on execution, we run programs like our Liquid course that build lasting capability inside client teams, so the knowledge stays after the engagement ends. We also publish open technical education for the wider Braze community.
